In 2012, Strategic Marks, LLC acquired the rights to the I. Magnin brand, with the goal of bringing back this iconic department store through modern channels. As part of a larger effort to revive beloved heritage brands, Strategic Marks is working to reintroduce I. Magnin to new generations of luxury shoppers through e-commerce and other innovative retail strategies. This acquisition marks the next chapter for I. Magnin, blending its timeless elegance with contemporary shopping experiences.
